The food (pancakes) were chewy and dry but not mother’s day, kids making breakfast terrible. 2 pancakes for 5.99 is kinda pricy for a full stack. It says three but it is two because they were big. I know people like it but people also eat at Mcdonald’s. McDonald’s is just better.
The food was good – nothing particularly special, but no complaints. The service was acceptable. I found a hair in my food, and they made me a new plate without hesitation. My issue was with the small details in how they run their restaurant… I wanted grits instead of hash browns, and they wanted to charge me an extra $2.99 for that substitution. I wanted a refill on my soda, but they wanted to charge me $1.00 for the refill. The water was served in cheap little styrofoam cups, so we were constantly needing refills. Despite the fact that the food was okay, I probably won’t go back because of these things.
