A great meal. Good size for sure. Not as spicy as expected. Rachel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to us. (We also had the place to ourselves 5 o’clock Friday) Perhaps a bit pricy $11 for a crawfish po boy. The turduken was very juicy and hot. The toffee as an after dinner treat was a nice touch. Pleasant overall experience.
I came to visit from Dallas Tx and went to the May Feast and broke out because they crossed contaminated crawfish & shrimp . I’m allergic to shrimp
Cajun Ed’s. I am from Louisiana so I am very picky when it comes to someone saying Cajun food. Their fried oysters are excellent breaded and fried just right. I loved the mashed potatoes and the Crawfish Etoufee was great also. Needless to say I have found my foodie home away from home.
First time visit….new favorite. Wow! !!!!Excellent food….just right for those who like Cajun without the extreme heat…they have extras to heat the flavor if that is your fancy….definitely will go back and soon. ….10 thumbs up…..
OMG… never again. I was so hyped about this place, thinking YES a Cajun restaurant, with crawfish and oysters,i was super stoked about trying it, its something Ive wanted to try for a very long time, so me and my girlfriend went, the waitress was really nice, but the food was lame and bland, i ordered the gator bites and baked oysters for the appetizer, they was good, oysters tasted a little old, for our meal i got the Boiled Seafood Platter, she got the Cajun Mex, i order this platter thinking im going to get some spicy Cajun food, WRONG, it was bland, the corn on the cob and the crab was the best part of it and even they wasn’t really up to par, the whole platter was cold, not like ice cold, but seems like it had sat for a while before making it to our table, neither me or my girlfriend finished our meal, we didn’t complain to them about it, i mean why bother, some of its been ate, i was thinking maybe it was me, maybe my taste buds wasnt ready for it, but my girlfriend tasted the crawfish and she too agreed it was cold, the shrimp was cool (as in temp) there was NO heat to the crab, the crawfish was around room temp, WORST experience ever, i would NEVER refer this place to a friend looking to get some Cajun food, OHH and the Cole Slaw was awesome, my girlfriend got a side of dirty rice that was so bland she took one bite of it and was DONE with it, its really disheartening to be so excited about going to somewhere to eat and the food is terrible, definitely a thumbs down, i wouldn’t return for a free meal, my first time trying crawfish and i was very disappointed, if i ever try them again it will be IN NEW ORLEANS, where they ARE Cajun, and know how to cook the food properly, Signed; Dissatisfied costumer
Best kept secret in Tulsa. We absolutely loved it. We walked right in and got a table, can’t believe there was no line. It was 4:30 on Saturday, a little early. But not that early. Wife had the boiled seafood platter and the bread pudding. Excellent. I had the alligator bites. Small but very good. Then I had the Turducken. Also very good. We will be back. Also they sell uncooked meat and seafood. This is where we buy live crawfish for our spring crawfish boil every year. They have alligator boudin and lots more. Today I bought a rack of beef baby back ribs, won’t find those everywhere for sure. Check it out to eat or just shop for meats like bone in rib eye etc….
Fantastic. Yesterday I had the Crawfish/Oyster Po’Boy and my son the TurDuckEn Po’Boy. Great food, great atmosphere. I really like the spicy fries. I try to eat here EVERY time I am in T-Town. Don’t miss it.
