  Poor food and service. I’ve ate here several times and still service is slow and the food just as bad. I love staying at the Embassy but this restaurant has to go!

  Stayed at the hotel and since it was my first time to Tulsa decided to stay in and try the restaurant. I travel a lot and usually have low expectations with hotel restaurants. Overall the meal met my low expectations. I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised but I was not. Service was average. I started with crab cakes…mostly breading but a bit tasty. The entree came out before I was finished with the first crab cake. Hmmm. I had the salmon and added a baked potatoe. A steakhouse should have a very good baked potatoe! Uh not this place. The potatoe was not fluffy nor was it hot. It was just edible. The salmon was overcooked. I know it’s a steakhouse but salmon is not hard to perfect. It was the first and last time for this restaurant.

  I don’t agree with the other reviews at all, this steakhouse has a great dim atmosphere and great food. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The calamari was made fresh and delicious. My T-bone was cooked perfectly as were the baked potato and asparagus. The bread is AWESOME. It has chunks of Parmesan baked into it. I don’t have any complaints on this place besides hearing a chef scream at another chef in the back which was hilarious. 8 out of 10

  Very bad. If you like cold steak and taters, this is your place. I would advise driving somewhere in Tulsa if you’re staying at the hotel, especially for the price.

  Horrible first experience. I think this is the worst resturant service i had ever received…i was staying at the embassey suites in tulsa for a family vacation..we had plans to go eat at los cabos for diner that evening but it started poring outside so we decided to head downstairs and grab some food from cattlemans and take it back to the room..wrong decision..upon entering i informed the bartender that we wanted to look at menu’s to place to go orders she said ok and the 5 of us took a seat…after waiting thirty minutes and watching her one other table and get a to go order for another she finally took our order she said the food time would be 15-20 minutes..so me and my mom went back upstairs and decided to wait…where we waited 35 minutes because i had a well steak and knew it wouldnt be 15 minutes..after coming back downstairs we realized the food still was not ready we waited 15 more minutes and finally my three of the five orders came out…one of them a blt sandwhich that had a lot of rotten lettuce on it…and a salad that came with lettuce that look like cabbage with hamburger tomato slices and none sliced chciken strips…they were not happy with the food after waiting all this time my brother asked to see the manager and in the meantime my food and my moms food comes out and it was great so we were ok…but when the manager arrives my brother explains the situation and the manager says i have to go look at the salad to make sure i cannot just take your word for it(what are you calling him a liar) poor customer satisfaction my brother, sister and brother in law left without taking any of there food because they were upset and i stayed behind to talk to the manager because i am a server at another resturant and guest satisfaction is the upmost importance wrong idea again!!..The manager was clueless i tried to explain to him he just had three upset hungry guest leave his resturant and would never return becuase of the service that was received and he told me well were busy really thats not an excuse to wait over an hour to get a to go food order…he wasn’t apologetic that we weren’t satisfied and they even made me pay to order my brother something different at 11:30 at night remind you that it was pouring outside so we had no choice but to eat there on top of all that there was a 20% grat put on the checks…for what..bad service..horrible food…and bad management..im telling u all do not go to cattleman’s in embassey suites tulsa and get takeout they are robbing you of a great meal somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
