I Took The Family For Dinner Last night, our server was good he did a good job didn’t catch his name but he stood out he had a Mohawk. The plate I order was really disappointing, I can’t believe that the cooks would care so less for the customer to serve something that was past due. I’m not a fool either I’m a kitchen manager myself and I would’ve fired that cook in a heart beat. Really disappointed that the manager didn’t even come talk to me or discount my food. Luckily I love there food and I think they have best servers, but management and back of house poorly training. Will come back, might take a while to get over the disgusting taste of over due salsa but I’ll be back
Staff is very rude. Host just as rude. Asked for a booth specifically and she told us they were all dirty then sat someone at one.

El Chico goes above and beyond expectations. From beginning to end, a complaint couldn’t be found. The food, service, and managers are exceptional and make the customer feel welcome and appreciated. Best dining experience in a long while!

Awesome!!. The other night my fiance and I went in to eat and it was a wonderful experience from begining to end! The host was very nice and our waiter did a great job. I ordered the grill meal, it came with an appetizer, fajitas, and a dessert, all for 12.99. Not a bad deal!! And the manager stopped by to see how everything was. Everyone was very nice and welcoming! I was very pleased with everything. Good job guys keep up the good work!
