This place is a new favorite! The food is full of flavor, fresh and cheap. I got tacos: chicken, steak, and pork/pineapple, with sides of beans and rice. The tacos are $1.25 each. My partner got a HUGE burrito. I took a bite and was impressed with the balance of the fillings which include avocado. There is a sauce and toppings bar with some colorful fresh sauces ranging from mild to very hot. The interior of the restaurant is clean and inviting. The lady taking our order was polite. This was definitely a win. A good experience from start to finish, with some super tasty food that won’t break the ‘ll be back.
I just tried Refugio Azteca’s food from their truck. I was very impressed with the food. They were exceptionally fast too. It’s nice to finally have decent catered food out near the airport for a change.
My observations, 1, The tacos are always hot and fresh. 2. The truck itself is clean. 3. There is always a line, and its busy. 4. The food is extremely satisfying. 5. The people are friendly. 6. They take Visa and MasterCard. I can’t really think of anything else to say other than in the hundreds of dollars that my work team has spent with the company, nobody has EVER gotten sick, or had adverse affects from the food(that in my opinion is a ringing endorsement in and of itself).
