About a year ago Fudd’s seemed to have changed their menu somewhat and their prices. I have always loved their set up where all the condiments and toppings are on a bar you can put on your self. Now with their grilled toppings (cheese, bacon and etc) it two dollars for all you want. Their prices seemed to have been lowered (4.99) for a 1/3 pound hamburger is not bad). For me their burgers are very good and juicy. Love their liquid cheese to dip the fry’s in. Cool place and friendly staff. They make their own buns in house so they are very fresh. If you haven’t tried it in a while I would recommend you stop by.
Visted on Saturday at around 8pm, it was about a third full.I’ve read the reviews and maybe they have had a changed of management, as my experience was a good one.First visit, we had planned to go to Cheddars across the street but they had a 45 minute wait, and having been to Cheddars before, it’s ok food, but nothing that great, certainly not enough that my wife and 2 kids (5 & 9) were prepared to wait 45 minutes for, that was just to get a seat.Any way, we ended up a Fuddruckers, kids loved the look of the place, menu looked good as well, plenty to choose from.So, we go up to the counter where a very helpful lady asked if we have ever been to a Fuddruckers before, so we replied no and she did a very good job of explaining it all. The adults had 2 x 1/2lb burgers, Southwest, and I think the other was called the Hangover, 1 lot fries, as we shared, and a drink each, the kids had the kids burger, fries and a drink – we paid around $32 for the lot.The table we were at was clean, no issue there, the food was ready in about 5 minutes, the kids liked the fact they could add their own toppings, and all of the burgers tasted great.The last thing to do was for the kids to get their cookie from the bakery, once again, plenty to choose from and served by a happy pleasant lady.We really enjoyed the place, and will go back if we are in Tulsa again.
Food was mediocre at best. Orders were messed up, and counter clerk was defensive and quickly threw the cooks under the bus when we returned them for correction. Won’t be back.
Bad service. How you get orders wrong when the customer does most of the work is beyond me, but Fuddruckers can do it. They always fix it, while the rest of your food gets cold, but never an apology. I finally quit going as there are lots of places to get a good burger in Tulsa, but a recent visit reminds me of why I quit. Totally ignored when trying to order – cashier having a conversation with a customer – and the manager did nothing. Think the customer was an employee on her way out – had a to go cup and didn’t order or pay for anything. The manager just looked at me when I said something to her. No apology, no attempt to help me place an order, just listened with a stupid smile and let me walk out the door. Explains why at 6:45 the place was dead. Smash Burger is across the street. Go there.

Greasy bun. The staff is rude and inpatient. The males are bagging’. Did I just walk into the ghetto?
Wed nights Kids eat for 99 cents & you have a magician visit your table.. DISCLAIMER: Although I am not an employee Fuddruckers, I do perform tableside magic there on Wed nights which is 99 cent Kids Night. I do think the higher quality of the food is worth the extra money when compared to fast food burgers. I have found it to be clean and the employees to be friendly. The food comes out hot and the wait time reasonable. It’s a fun atmosphere for families and they also have a game room and a party room you can reserve for free. It’s hard to beat the 99 cent Kids Meals on Wed night.
