What’s with the ketchup bottles? Thought it was against health code to marry ketchup into old bottles? Do us all a favor and throw the old bottles away!
Had a platter last night at the restaurant a combo of Chicken & Gyro’s meat along with Rice, Tabouli and Tahzitki Sauce. The Gyro’s meat is cut from a loaf and not rotisserie and cut into cube shapes not thin slices as is the norm. Chicken pretty much the same way and not cooked through. Both warm on the flat grill. Rice had good flavor but was clumpy and hard like it had been around for awhile. Tabouli was so salty it was just about uneatable. The Tahzitki sauce was the lone star of the platter. Won’t be back for sauce alone.
