    Stopped in for lunch for the first time. 1. Charged extra for lettuce and tomatoe2. Long wait for the food3. Both double bergers MEAT RAW4. I saw one of the employees sneezing not covering her mouth at all5. Phoned spoke to the manager(she said she was) could care less, did not even offer an apology or to remake the order. However did inform me that they did not have a corporate office to contact.6. Went without lunch until I drove over to Duffy’s7. Will I give Harden’s another shot at me? What do you think?

    Disappointment. Gave our order to a different couple. Then wanted to give us theirs witch was no what we ordered. They forgot what we had and after retelling them they still screwed it up. Fries was cold. Buns wasn’t toasted, really what hamburger places doesn’t toast the buns? And the meat had less flavor than McD’s. Employes turned on very loud crappy rap music also. 🙁

    Never received food. Went today for lunch for my brothers Birthday. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 orders of onion rings, and 2 drinks. We sat for over an hour waiting on our food. When we asked about our order, they got really defensive and one lady behind the counter started cussing and saying it wasnt her fault and she only gets 7.82 an hour. My brother and I saw them giving food orders to other people that arrived way after we did. I will never eat at this place or any of the other Hardens in town. There are so many other great places to eat, than having to deal with the crappy irresponsible service we received.

    Tried with a Groupon. I tried them because I purchased a Groupon. There was no problem using the Groupon. The decor is nice like a 50 s diner. It was not busy when we went, but had to wait in line 15 minutes behind 2 people because the cashier disappeared. The cashier/order taker sighed and was annoyed that we didn t want mustard on our burger & had to write a note on the ticket saying no mustard. Ok why was that so hard? To add lettuce to a burger it s $0.50 which is weird but ok… Then after 30 mins & two orders placed after us were delivered, I asked the lady at the counter if she could check on our order please. She pointed at the 7year old waitress & said she delivers the orders. I said ok so I should ask her,& the lady walked off. So I went to the 7 year old & said that the lady said to ask you to check on our order & she was puzzled. Yes you are reading this correct their 1 & only employee not behind the counter is a 7 year old girl. She was compitent in delivering the food and cleaning the tables, but that s just weird having only a kid run the front of the restaurant.The burger was fine but not amazing, but the fries were amazing just like Ron s Hamburger s fries. It s a shame their customer service is so bad or else I would have gone their again.

    Learned today that Hardens is now under new ownership. We always check their website for coupons but they were expired. Asked if they would honor it and was told that the owner said no. Burgers were good as they always have been, but took at least 25 minutes for 3 burgers/fries.Employees are like robots. Stiff and no emotion! Got the sense that they could care less if we were even there. All in all, the food is good but the service sucks as bad as it did with previous owner. Someone will have to twist my arm to make me go back!
