  Great burgers, terrible service. Charged extra for tomatoes and they forgot to put it on our burger. They forgot my side of ranch and shake I ordered as well. If you want a great greasy burger, get one to go.

  Good Burgers. Lunch with the son there today. Had the Man’s double cheeseburger with all the fixings and added the lettuce and tomato along with Tator Tots. Burgers are cooked to medium pink and it is one of the better burgers in town. They are a bit sloppy so grab lots of napkins.

  Slow Service. Went to Hardens’s today for lunch. Ordered hamburger and fries. Co-worker ordered hamburger. After 30 minutes wait, went to counter to ask how long before food, was told the order was just going down on the grill. After another 10 minutes gentleman sitting next to me received his meal and I then asked the worker if she could check on my order. She didn’t seem happy about it but she did check and informed me that the fries were just being dropped. Finally received food, the burger was barely warm, buns were stiff, and burger dried. Fries were cold.Why didn’t I leave? i work near-by and have a lunch hour. I had already waited for a longer period than i should have but was busy with work on the blackberry and time had slipped a good bit. I have been there before and the service and food were good so i associate today to being an off day, but the attitude, and then cold food, after ultimately waiting almost 45 minutes was a bit too much. I will gladly remove them from my options.
