This place is over-the-top good if youre downtown for lunch. Anywhere I can get my Home cuisine in my new town is gonna be a plus, but they make it special. Try and get there early for fried soft-shelled crab poboys on Tuesdays!
I took a trip to New Orleans a few months ago in search of some good food and was fairly disappointed with the general quality of the local cuisine. The food in NOLA is good but this place is just as good if not better with a clean atmosphere and great flavors. Highly suggest the roast beef po boy. I couldn’t find a better one in NO.
