Lesson learned! You don’t order baby back ribs, baked sweet potato, and skewed vegetables at 5:30 @ a steakhouse. After tonight we won’t go back. The night manager (Dillon) needs people skills training. Zero customer personality.
Went to this Logan’s tonight for dinner with some friends. We were looking forward to a good steak. Pretty disappointed with what came out. My wife ordered the 11 ounce sirloin medium. It came out half medium rare and half medium well and when I say half, not the middle half medium rare, it was one side of the steak. I ordered the 16 ounce ribeye medium rare. First one came out well done so I sent it back. The next one came out slightly less done but still well done. Disappointing night when you go to a restaurant with steak in the name and you can’t get a good steak.
I just went on a date with my boyfriend on a Friday night. I assumed it would be busy so I called ahead and made a reservation for 8:30 pm. We arrived on time and were seated within a few minutes. The waiter was there in a flash and took our drinks and had them out within 3 minutes. I ordered the ribey steak (medium rare) with a salad and side of buttered corn. My boyfriend ordered the chicken fried chicken with steamed broccoli and sweat potato fries. My waiter had my salad out faster than you could say bobs your uncle. Also before I ordered I couldn’t decide if I wanted the corn or the rice pilaf with my salad. My waiter brought me both at no extra charge just so I could try them both. Our food was brought out in a very timely manner and everything was cooked to perfection. The steak was perfect and juicy and flavorful. That corn was some of the best corn I’ve ever had. The salad was delicious too and I’m weird about my salads. I hate sad droopy lettuce especially if it’s iceberg lettuce, ya know the white watery kind with no flavor? This salad was like a spring mix with lots of dark green leaves and some freaking delicious croutons. Everything was wonderful. Perfect. My boyfriends meal was delicious as well, he loved the sweet potato fries. Our waiter (whose name I can’t remember, which really bums me out) was absolutely wonderful at his job, very friendly, super nice, attentive and fast. All in all a perfect Friday night dinner date. I am actually overwhelmed with how wonderful the whole experience was. 5 stars! I will definitely be coming back.
WORST BURGER EVER!. The ONLY one on the menu and it was awful. it was cold, mushy, and GRAY (meaning it had either been steamed or boiled, and it certainly tasted like it). the fries were cold and stale. my wife’s steak was also gray and overly seasoned. and her sweet potato fries were also cold and stale. she never even got the broccoli she ordered. the only enjoyable part of our meal was the sauce they served with the mozzarella sticks we ordered. will probably never eat there again. the service was OK, that was the only redeeming factor.

Great steaks great service. Went to Logan’s roadhouse with a group of friends, we all had great steaks and the sides were awesome. Best rolls and mashed potatoes. The server went above and beyond. We will be back. Our new favorite restaurant. Oh the 22 oz beer for $3.00 the best
Terrible Experience. Dined at Logan’s Roadhouse on 71st in Tulsa after a granddaughters soccer game. We were a group of 7 adults, and 3 children. We arrived and where seated quickly, from there the experience spiraled quickly out of control. After placing our orders we waited no less than 60 minutes for our food to arrive. The waitress was very sympathetic however the kitchen staff had failed miserably. Out of the 10 meals delivered to our table all but two of the children were either undercooked, overcooked, the wrong entrees ordered, and a complete fiasco. Typically its understood that mistakes can and do happen, however, for our party to have to have waited over an hour for our meals and for 8 of the 10 meals ordered being wrong a complaint was lodged with the waitress and management. To our surprise the manager came to our table and apologized, however made no attempt to right the wrong other than handing out one free entre coupon for a return visit. When the bill was delivered an additional complaint was made as we were expected to pay for one of the entrees returned and not replaced. The free entre coupon was left on the table along with the payment for the dinner bill and as consumer that eats out no less than 7 days a week will never return to the Logan’s Roadhouse on 71st in Tulsa, OK and suggest that others do the same, as our experience was an awful experience other than the embarrassed waitress and her willingness to see our experience was of nothing she had done.
