Best Tacos Around!!. This place is definitely a small hole in the wall restaurant/drive-thru, but the flavors are outstanding! The rice is plain, but still very tasty and the beans are flavored with something different and just a little bit spicy. I had the carne asada tacos and they were out of this world good. My husband had the chimichanga and it was equally delicious. We ordered our food to go and it was still hot when we got home, plus we only had to wait about 10 minutes for our food to be ready. The prices are more than fair for the authenticiry of the food. I recommend this place to anyone wanting good, real Mexican food.

Best hole in the wall Mexican joint. Awesome prices. Awesome food.

This place in no way deserves a 93% rating. We had to send our tamales back to be reheated. The shrimp still had tails on in the shrimp cocktail. Salsa was nothing to talk about. Lots of fluorescent lighting. I guess the other reviewers just don’t know good Mexican food. Try el rio verde, cancun or Los America’s.

Very good!. I agree with all four of the previous reviewers. Clean, freindly service, ‘authentic’ and really GOOD mexican food, definitely NOT TexMex junk. It’s way worth the trip to north Sheridan if you live in south Tulsa. I’ve eaten there several times and this past Saturday was a s good as always. We had the ceviche tostada, pastor pork enchiladas and their specialty, baked chicken. The chicken can sometimes be a little dry but is always flavorful. The ceviche was fresh and bright and a bargain for less than $3. The enchiladas are the only ones in town I’ve had prepared the old world way; lightly frying the tortillas before saucing, I would highly recommend giving them a try! If you can get past the mediocre salsa that come with the chips, everything else is awesome. Our tab for the meal including ice tea and a Modelo was twenty bucks.

Excellent Mexican food!!. My top spot in my top 5 favorite places to eat goes to Los Primos!! Excellent food! Great service! If you haven’t had real Mexican food or are just looking for a new authentic spot them stop by and check them out! The salsa they serve with their chips isn’t my favorite but the rest of the food more than makes up to it! My husband is from Veracruz and this is one of his favorite spots as well!! I have been in the Mexican circles for over a decade but have only been eating here for a little over a year! I had always seen it and meant to stop and check it out but it was never where we were when we wanted to try it. Finally we made a special trip just to try it and that was it! We kept going back! I have never been disappointed! The Pastor (marinated pork) is to die for! Wether it’s in the tacos, quesadillas or tortas it is always juicy and full if flavor! The Carne Asada is just as good for those that prefer steak meat. They even have ground beef! The chicken is really good and I am not a chicken fan. The beef tamalie plate with rice and beans is one of my favorites! The taco plate can be altered to get their traditional soft tacos instead of crisy ones and you can change the meat as well. It comes with rice and beans that way and is full of flavor!! They even have kid friendly foods with chicken nuggets, grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers and such for those that don’t want Mexican. Their burgers and fries are really good!! The cheese dip is the bomb! It’s also awesome with the fries as well as the chips! No canned cheese around there! Basically I have loved everything I have eaten there and have yet to be disappointed!!

Cool little place. Fast and polite service. Very simple menu, but makes it easy to find a favorite. We ordered burritos, a ground beef and an asada. When the chips came out, the salsa was watery enough to drink but had good flavor with one part of it being something we couldn’t identify. Torillas, we’re pretty sure, were handmade. They were filled up well and the meats were great. Good flavor and quality. The sauce that came out with a burrito was spicy but quite good. Overall, tasty food…decent prices.
