Great beer, great service, food hit and miss. I’ve been multiple times still hopeful for consistency on the food, but last night the NY strip steaks were so tough we gave up on them, but on the other hand the south tulsa chicken and fish and chips were good.
Saturday Night alright. Friend and I ate here at the tail end of the OU vs TCU game and of course it was somber in there. Surprised it wasn’t full for a full football day. Service was pretty good, our entrees the Rueben and Patty melt were both good and done as requested. We each had the Tabouli which was also okay just lacked a good amount of Parsley. Good selection of beers but not Tilburg my favorite Dutch beer, must be a supply issue as I have had a hard time finding it even in the liquor stores.
Absolutely love South City! Great service and food. I love the atmosphere at this location as well because you can have conversations and hear people in your group. Without fail my husband and I get the artichoke dip every time, it’s so freaking tasty!!
Good food, reasonably priced. Loud inside, and if you sit near the patio door, prepare to inhale secondhand smoke. Good service, and of course, an epic beer selection.
Great beer selection as always at mcnellies, service not very attentive which is weird cause the three times we went there it was not very busy at all! I was excited that South Tulsa was getting another pub, but have not been impressed at all with this location. Also seems like the staff like to drink and hang around the bar when off shift. The only thing I like on the menu is the patty melt! I wish I had better things to say about south city. Guess I will stick with Baker Street the beer selection is not as good,but the service is 10 times better, and the location is closer to home.
Sub par. I had fish and chips and the fish was greasy the fries were cold and the service not very good.Downtown location in much better bur thet may be because it is smaller with a more experienced staff.. Will not return to this location.
Good beer selection but food just average. Server never brought waters as requested & other requests not met! Asked for adjustment to burger & had $4 charge added-on so paid $14 for a below average hamburger!We will not go back!
