If you love Caribbean food, run dont walk to Mr. Nice Guys. Ive visited their food truck at Mother Road Market on a busy Sunday afternoon and ordered up the Gallo pinto with jerk chicken topped with slaw and plenty of fresh cilantro. The portions are large and prices are reasonable. Best Gallo pinto Ive had north of Costa Rica! The menu is a bit confusing but the counter person was friendly and helpful.

The Take-out Shop boasts daily specials including soups, burritos, and other favorites like chile verde and gallo pinto. It’s always fun to catch the colorful truck at Guthrie Green for lunch, late night down by Sound Pony, or at a private event. Their no-limits catering for banquets, weddings, birthdays, tailgates, and any other reason to party is consistent, affordable and easy to book by calling the shop.
