Very disappointed in this visit. Last time it was really good. Tonight the service was very poor. The server had an attitude from the moment he greeted us. When I didn’t want wine and asked for tea he rolled his eyes and walked off. He came back 3-4 times to ask about an order. This was in a space of about 5 minutes. Once the order was taken we only saw him once more. We had to ask another server for salt and pepper and tea refills. He showed up to drop off the check too. The food wasn’t as good a last time either. Both our chicken dishes were very dry and mine was actually barely warm. It may have say in the window waiting to get delivered. Both dishes needed seasoning as well. I was really looking forward to dinner and was really disappointed. Don’t know if we’ll be back.
I absolutely love this restaurant. First off, it is located in the cutest area with a view of the (not-so very filled) river. But none the less, fantastic view and very nicely decorated. The service: I cannot say enough nice things. I have never had a bad waiter or waitress; honestly. They must take serious time to train their employees because these people are the best! And they all help each other out; like one big family. Everyone truly seems to enjoy working there. I’ve been there many times and I have had the following servers; Amy, Jeannie, Lori, Itzel, and Tyler and have been helped by so many more!The food (what most people want to know about): ITS AMAZING! Point blank period. Everything is made in-house, fresh, including their dessert. My favorites: Palo Alto Dip, Red Fish, Napa Primavera, and of course their gelato. Love this place!! Try it out (:
My family and I came into Napa Flats this past Friday for our first experience in one of Tulsa’s upper-scale all wood-fired kitchens. My family and I were promptly greeted by the hosts opening the door and welcoming us to Napa Flats which was an exquisite change from the normal. We were seated promptly and greeted by one of the finest and most knowledgable servers we have had, Tyler. He greeted us with water, which he informed us was reverse osmosis water, which tasted AMAZING! We made a few jokes about it being from the river behind the restaurant and he joined along and made my wife and I laugh even more then we already were. He touched on all of his favorite dishes and the most popular to help us select what exactly we would like for dinner. My kids made their own pizzas and my wife ordered the red fish. Myself, I ordered the ribeye. The red fish Tyler said was his favorite dish and my wife loved it. The cilantro vinaigrette on the fish was a perfect fit with the avocado corn salsa. The ribeye was nothing short of succulent, juicy and full of the wood fired flavor. This gentleman knew exactly what he was talking about when he told us exactly what to order. If only we would have saved room for dessert which we were informed was made completely from scratch from their own pastry chef. Napa flats definitely deserves 5 stars. The service 5 stars. Food, I wish there were more stars to give. 5 stars all around. I will be back. And I will be asking for Tyler to take care of me and for him to suggest new dishes for me to try. Thank you for bringing such an excellent restaurant to Tulsa.
Best place in town!!! Pizza is amazing and their appetizer Palo Alto is the BEST!!! Carla the manager is first class when it comes to costumer service!!! A+++++
Fantastic!! New favorite restaurant. Food, service, atmosphere and price.Oklahoma Heat mixed drink was great. Spaghetti and meatballs and Blueberry banana cobbler with vanilla gelloto!
When I arrived, I asked for patio seating and was told no seats were available. Then staff moved a table from inside the restaurant to the patio for us…I was amazed. Food was great and our waitress, Jana, was friendly and attentive; and suggested a fine wine to pair with my lamb chops. The owner made came by our table to ask about the food quality. A great dining experience. Will definitely go back.
