I eat here on a regular basis because I can walk there from my job, but I imagine the parking would be frustrating. The online pickup feature is the best if you have to take a quick lunch!! It’s super easy to add extra veggies and other ingredients to your food online, too.

Check your order. Ordered a pick-up order tonight and the salad that I ordered with chicken, and that was charged with chicken, did not include chicken. It was a sad little box of lettuce, three chunks of tomato, and four slices of cucumber. Really not worth the money, especially since I was shorted the protein.UPDATE: My husband called the manager of this location the day after and she apologized and said she’d send us a coupon for a free entree. It took a few weeks but we received the coupon. On the next visit we received everything we ordered and the coupon was applied correctly.
I ordered the chicken and wild rice soup, which I have had before, what I got was a thick yellow brocolli and cheese with maybe the remainder of the chicken mixed in with it. My sons got superfruit smoothies that were more like juice. Just a really terrible experience especially since, we could have gone to Mod’s for the same amount we spent here and had awesome local food. Never again.
Service. My experience at this particular location has always been wonderful. However, on more than a few occasions, i have called their number listed to call in an order, and not one employee answered the phone. Once i called for nearly 15 minutes straight, and no answer. Answer your phones, Panera employees! You are costing your businesses money!
Pleasantly surprised, healthy and GOOD salads!. Pleasantly surprised as this was our first time at a Panera and although rather pricey ( $ 24 for two for quick dinner),we found it very satisfying. As many of you know, finding really healthy and good food here in Tulsa is quite a challenge, and Panera serves wonderful fresh and creative salads, including even the nutritional information for every dish! Dane had the Thai Chopped Chicken Romaine, cashews, fire-roasted edamame, red peppers, carrots, fresh cilantro & wonton strips all tossed in a great Thai chili vinaigrette and drizzled with peanut sauce.I had the BBQ Chopped Chicken – Romaine, roasted corn, black beans, tortilla strips & BBQ ranch dressing, drizzled with BBQ Sauce..both of which very fresh, delicious, beautifully prepared. We also shared a Soup in a Sourdough Bread Bowl*Choice of soup which changes daily and there are several selections to chose from, in a freshly baked Sourdough bread bowl…yummy! They also serve a wide selection of Signature Panini’s, sandwiches,Expresso Bar and fruit drinks/smoothies too. They have a winning formula and I now see why this company is expanding everywhere. Next time we are gonna try the You Pick Two Selecting two of the following: Cup of Soup Half Sandwich Half SaladIf you want healthy, good food, give Panera a try!
