They were right!. I’d read all the bad reviews; did I listen? No. Stupid on my part. Walked in at 11:00 am Wednesday; one person eating and no one at the counter. All you could hear were kids laughing in the back. Finally someone appears and I asked a stupid question; what size are the chicken tenders? They had no idea I was told; guess they never see what they serve. I made it simple; ordered the 3 piece meal. After I got my drink not one of the tables was clean; meaning they needed to be wiped off. I got my 3 piece meal; they didn’t let it sit long enough for the grease to drip out so it was very greasy. Fries were so so and the Texas toast was good; the one piece you got. I left and decided to let corporate know and in the feedback they ask if you want a return a reply and I checked no. Naturally I got an email saying to take my complaint letter in and they would give me a free boxed meal. I replied to them saying I’d not asked for any feed back and why would I want to walk in present a letter where I had complained and get another terrible meal. No thanks. Listen to what others say; it’s terrible and not worth the trip; I can’t believe this is a chain!

Really disappointed. With hardly any fried chicken places left in midtown we were really hopeful that Raising Cane’s would be good. After trying it the first time, I cannot imagine how this fast food chain every got off the ground. You can’t get any more plain than their only chicken… plain flour breaded breast strips and a dipping sauce that tastes like a mix of mustard and cold cream gravy. Yuk! And not only did they NOT opt for fresh cut fries but stooped to the lowest culinary option with the frozen crinkle cut pieces of styrofoam and a very middle of the road cole slaw as their only 2 sides. It seriously boggles my mind how on earth this place ever became a franchise chain! Sorry Raising Cane’s… WAY to little on the menu and what’s there is not that good at all. Good luck!

No choice! Meal is Either …. No choice!Meal is Either 3, 4 or 6 piece fried chicken strip. (You can put strips on a bun.) Only sides are fries & slaw. Only 1 kind dipping sauce that was horrible. No flavor to chicken. I think I could have fried better chicken. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.

Unremarkable. Friendly and fast, but utterly tasteless chicken. The signature dipping sauce was, meh with a overwhelming celery flavor. Sad that my favorite part if the meal was the sweet tea which was tasty.

Not terrible but not good enough for me to go back. Only options are chicken tenders fries and bread. Only variations are how much you want to eat. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business.

AWESOME!!!. I’ve been to the location on Yale and I loved it!!!! I think the breading on the chicken was perfect not soggy or too crispy. As for the sauce, VERY GOOD, love to try something different. I just drove by the new location in Broken Arrow and I am so excited to have it there because I live in Catoosa and it will be much closer for our family to go there. CAN’T WAIT!!!!

Gave up n took the meal home to my child that eats everything .I don’t believe I will go back , first impressions are everything
