Not Anymore. I used to like heading here for the gyro sandwich lunch special because it was tasty and reasonably priced. Since then, as I learned today, they’ve become really proud of themselves. It shouldn’t cost nearly $11 to have a gyro, fries, and water with tax and tip. Ridiculous. The gyro is good, but at the end of the day it’s still just a gyro. Given where I can spend $11 for lunch and what I can get for it, I certainly won’t be back.
Lady who took our order is EXTREMELY rude like it was a such of inconvenience to take our food order.We both ordered the gyro platter I however, had the tabouli as my side. It was a lil dry, not many tomato’s, a little saltier then I’m use to. Pita bread tasted as if it came from a grocery store several days ago. Cucumber sauce was very tasty and gyro meat was flavorful, but a little dry. Platter is served with rice, but nothing to brag about. If the lady wasn’t so rude I would go back, but for mediocre food its not worth it.

Best Mideast restaurant in town. The food and the service are excellent…always fresh and delicious. The food tastes like it was homemade. I will keep coming back for more. Best hummus I’ve ever eaten.
Terrible. Where did all these gReat revues come from? It must be new ownership. The food is frozen and reheated/microwaved and the sauces are gross. I think they are trying out for Ramseys Kitchen Nightmares.
Faboulous Food and Service. I stopped in the Shish-Kabob & Grill for a lunch to go. I ordered a Gyro.The place was very nicely decorated and clean. Even though they were fairly busy (12:30 lunch on a Friday), I was out the door with my Gyro in less then 5 minutes and was served with a smile.The Gyro was among the best I have ever had.I look forward to a repeat visit when I can explore some of the dinner entrees.
Amazing Gyro’s and Fries. I have been to Shish-Kabob & Grill twice and plan on going again later this week. The Gyro Supreme sandwich special with fries was so good the first time I had to get it again, and will probably get again this week as it has my mouth watering just typing about it. The cucumber sauce added is a very nice touch to the perfect pita bread and juicy meat. Inside the resturant is very cute and simple, and the waitress I had both times was very friendly and recognized me from the first visit a few weeks ago. Definitly go check one of my new favorite resturants anytime you are in the area!!
