The booth smelled like pee. Customer Service was awful. It took a long time to get drinks..even water! Food even took awhile to get brought out. Always an excuse..I don’t know why your drink was not brought out yet. I don’t know why it’s taking forever for your drink. The smell of cigarette smoke was just as unpleasant as the urine smell.
Not impressed with the service or the food. I’ve been to Twin Peaks in Lakewoid, CO several times and had good experiences. This place obviously needs better management. Will not go back.
The prior reviews were right. Attitudes were terrible and service was slow. Also the menu was very limited.
Twin peaks. Now if you’re looking for an environment to be social and have a few drinks it will work however if you’re looking for a great eating experience not the best. A co-worker brought me here for drinks and was not impressed with service. The waitress was leaving once I tabbed out she didn’t want to acknowledge us, she just wanted her money. New waitress came and opened us a tab however she wasn’t much better. Being of the social type I tried to talk and they wanted to say nothing at all, very unfriendly. It was neat that it was lingerie week…
Bailed before we got a table. A friend said their food is awesome, I never will know because the service stinks and the menu is not much better. We arrived in the middle of the afternoon, stood at the front desk for a while before anyone even said a word to us. Then she said we would have to wait a bit for a table. There were only 2 of us and we could see available tables to the left and the right not to mention all the outside tables were empty and it was a beautiful day. We were the only people waiting and the only name on the list. After a few minutes we asked if we could see a menu while we waited. We studied the menu a bit and waited a little more. Then we agreed to just go elsewhere! and we did. As to the menu: a bunch of overblown hamburgers, sandwiches or a flat iron steak pretty much sum it up, I’ll pass. We were not there for scenery, our mistake.
Twin Peaks Tulsa was unbelievable!! Good food, cold beers (yes beers), great service, and nice people. I’ve seen others review these poorly but if u like Cabelas, Sports, and pretty ladies who are 10x smarter than Hooters Tulsa. Was my first visit to Twin Peeks and hope to make it back next time I’m in Oklahoma!
Tuesday night with friends, friendly service. Server made the odering process pleasant and informative. Appeitizers were quick and atmosphere, minus the obnoxious yelling of basketball fans, was good.
