Spent the afternoon here for a birthday party today with 15 guests. The service was terrible. I never received my meal. They never came to the table once the meal was served to check on the customers — neither the waitress nor the management so there is no way they could have known I didn’t get served. Our drinks were never refilled. After everyone had finished eating they brought me something to go but it wasn’t what I had asked for. They never apologized, didn’t remove it from the bill, and didn’t offer a gift certificate or anything. I stayed silent about it primarily out of respect for the host of the party but honestly I have not experienced such bad service anywhere else in Tulsa. Unfortunately this is not the first negative experience as our neighborhood ladies go together to lunch there sometimes. The food is often cold and the service consistently poor. My friend offered me some bites of her salmon since I went without lunch. It was tasty so the issue isn’t with the quality of food; it’s quality of service that is greatly lacking. Even the stranger sitting next to me offered me part of her lunch as it was obvious I was without. This was a 2 hour party at this restaurant so there is no excuse of the wait staff! They are no doubt content though since they knew they were getting their guaranteed tip…. which was not earned!
