    Hit and Miss location. Sometimes the food is spot on. While other days, the food is soggy or over cooked. Don’t be surprised if some of the waitresses will haggle you for more tips. The service can be slower than a turtle during lunch time.

    Food is uniformly good, but………… We ate there last night, and encountered something we had not experienced before. Usually, their employees take their smoke breaks behind the store, but last night a male employee came out of the store, sat at one of the tables on the patio, and proceeded to light up. The smoke wafted into our open windows, and made our meal pretty unpleasant. I know he was an employee as he was wearing a Del Rancho t-shirt and we had seen him earlier bring some extra ketchup to the car next to ours. We are (or at least were) regulars and had not seen this person before at this location, so he might be new, but nevertheless the management should not allow employees to smoke in full view (and smell) of customers–I think it’s just bad for business. Oh, and for the first time ever, in the dozens of times we have been there, they messed up our order. Even though the order was taken correctly, according to our receipt, we were brought chicken fried chicken instead of chicken fried steak.

    Pillars of the community!. I’ll attempt to make this review relevant by noting that I think their food is worthy of its place as representative of that which is notable among Oklahoma City cuisine in general: in particular, the Steak Sandwich Supreme. But, this review will more accurately define their character as a hospitable business.This evening, a family member went to have dinner there. All of a sudden, the battery in the car died, before the food was delivered. Frantic arrangements were made to get over there to assist with jumper cables and so forth, during which the order had to, regrettably, be canceled (there was a concern as to the food being cold by the time help was administered). The server, whose name I did not get, went ahead and brought drinks out anyway, free of charge, before I was able to arrive.The battery took a couple of tries to fully recharge, during which time the server offered us advice as to the lifetime warranty of the particular battery, advised us that water could be added (even checking the level for us and noting that it was fine), AND brought out waters to my friends and I, during the evening of the hottest day of the year so far. The staff was extremely patient with the fact that two non-revenue-bearing vehicles were parked. Finally, we were able to charge it fully and be on our way.Whenever I am in Warr Acres, I will stop here first. I won’t attempt to argue the personal experiences of others here, but I can assure with my visit this evening that these problems have been addressed at some point before this most pleasant experience that could have been a nightmare.

    Customer. Taking a picture of your menu board is an awful way for us to view the menu. Part of it is so dark you can’t even read it. Can’t read most of the fine print on the details of the selections. This is a very poor way to serve your customers.

    Bad food and slow, rude service. Took 25 minutes to get order and they weren’t busy.
