I remember when Bad Brads opened up and it was great. Now some 15 years later, the food is always overcooked, dried out, and cold. The make up air handler is too close to the smoke stack and the restaurant is usually full of smoke. The smoke combined with dry meat can induce uncontrollable coughing. What is really disappointing is I know that they are capable of serving great food because they used to be one of the best.
Same food nothing has changed, or gotten better. The price has increased alot! I bought a two meat plate, and a tea and spent $18. The food was warm, but not hot. Ribs were dry and rubbery. Brisket was also very dry. Ive been loyal for many years but I can’t afford to eat there at this price, and get this in return.
Really good BBQ. Nice portions. Got 3 meat combo, plenty of food. Good flavor nice sauce which I’m glad they put on the side, because the ribs were excellent without it. Don’t like it when places cover up the meat with sauces, hiding something!!! I’ll be back!!!I’m back. 10-11-17 Still good Beans rock!!!
