The new trend in restaurants is the novelty and home spun pop ups. This is exactly that. Not a great value or a great tasting joint but its Mac and cheese so expecting anything more would be on you the buyer not the restaurant. This is not my cup of tea but I could see less than sophisticated palettes enjoying it. Kids would love the novelty and I hope that was the point of the restaurant.
