Not impressed. This location is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I ever visited. To start off, service is very poor from 10pm to close. If you get the skinny brunette chick with clown makeup, expect horrible service. We ordered drinks and watch them sit at waitress pickup area of the bar for 15 to 20 minutes as the waitress was busy socializing with her friends at another table. We had to go to the bar to order drinks and water several times before she appeared at our table. As soon as we receive our food, two of my colleagues asked for spicy garlic sauce five times to two different waitresses. After the sixth time and nearly finished with our food, the waitress finally brought out the sauce. One of my colleagues asked for another drink and never received it. Next, stay away from the burgers. Although it’s a wings restaurant, several wanted to try their burgers. For $10, you get a burnt dry hamburger patty about the size of a McDonald’s hamburger. The bratwurst on the Bratsburger was about the size of hotdog cut in half. Overall, I would not eat here again or recommend this location to my friends or colleagues.
Bad: Expensive, cold chicken, texture like microwaved leftovers. So many TVs, more than a electronic store’s tv display, not a great hangout unless you’re there just for sports. Good: Nice server, fast service.
Great for lunch. Excellent staff. More hit sauce!!!
Food is ok, service is slow. Make sure you don’t have any place to go.
Sports. Hey I admit to heading to BWW for a game and wings. It’s fun, normally great service including being able to ask for a specific game on a specific TV (That’s very important so that you don’t have to turn your head all the time to catch the action you want to see). Lots of people cheering and moaning regarding the games. If it’s a special sporting event then you need to be there way before game time to get a seat. Oh wait this is supposed to be a FOOD review. You go to BWW for the food? And yes it’s not bad. Nice choices of sauces for the wings and decent other offerings. Great place to go to meet friends and watch a game.
