Longshot. I like to have coffee haunts near the places I live. Boulevard is everything someone wants in a coffee-shop hangout: it’s chill, good music, good atmosphere. It’s open and roomy, unlike most popular coffee shops, which while taken for granted isn’t that appealing a characteristic. Boulevard has superb staff who know you by name when you walk in the door and have your regular being made as you approach the counter. Their barista skills are something to be envied and their cinnamon rolls are pretty good too. Most important to me, a college student, is the aspect that they are open til 10:00 every night. Something most coffee shops in Ashland wouldn’t dare to do. Overall a 9/10 establishment, I definitely recommend it to students but it’s great for anyone. That is my only reservation is that it is far from campus, but that can’t be helped.
