There is just nothing bad about this place. We were greeted quickly, orders taken, black currant mimosa served, delicious food eaten. Seriously, I can’t think of anything negative – my experience was just great. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. I had a potato, lox, onion, and caper omelet, and my boyfriend had a half order of biscuits and gravy with and egg and a side of bacon. The omelet was delicious and extremely full of flavor. They gave me a choice of hash browns, tomato slices, or something else. I chose the tomato slices, since an omelet is already big, and the tomato was a fresh side. My boyfriend’s biscuits were crispy on the outside, soft on this inside, and he said the baking soda ratio was perfect. The gravy was homemade. The side of bacon was generous. The black currant mimosa was okay. I prefer champagne in mine, and they use sparkling wine. The prices were standard… I would go back here for breakfast.

The waitress was cordial, but we saw her twice the whole time we were there.This will definitely be the last time. With other options in town, I could only give this a sub par experience.27 Nov, 2010Try and try and try…… Okay so i like the food, but the consistently poor service is painful….. like the specials, always creative and the attention to detail is appealing, but after my last time i gotta call the whole thing off for a year or two…. like i said food is good, but some of the waitresses kill the deal, see you in 2012too many other great options in ashland
