Very Good ‘Third-Wave’ Coffee. I like how they have a good variety of single-origin blends and the fact they do pour-overs. My barista was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me a great Chemex pour-over. Location was convenient (south end of downtown), and I’ll definitely be back again!
Simply Amazing. These owners take coffee seriously. Just as people who are into wine can tell you the specifics of notes and nuances, they also do with their coffee. I’ve got nothing else to say, other than GO THERE!!!
True and traditional style espresso drinks. If you’re looking for a real latte this is the place to go. Watch out for busy lines on the hour as the university is across the street and students are getting out of class. The staff is super friendly, definitely stop by!

Wonderfully friendly service, a welcoming environment and amazing coffee!!. Case Coffee is owned by Tim and Kati Case, a cute, young, married couple who may be some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. They know my name and I’m always greeted with a huge smile! Not only is the service wonderful but their coffee is also AMAZING! They have a Huge selection of pretty much anything you would want! Everything from delicious smoothies to frappichinos to artisan coffees and specialty espresso drinks. they even have very good paninis (try the goat cheese panini, it’s to die for). Tim is very interested in good coffee and has studied coffees from around the world, he even has a few of his own roasts. All the coffee is brewed as you order it it so it’s as fresh as possible and you get a bunch of kinds to chose from. Kati is an amazing latte artist and makes designs on many of the espresso drinks. They’re located near the high school and across from SOU campus the interior is comfortable and welcoming and has free wifi. Outside they have a side patio with plants and a fountain in the summer. All in all it’s the best coffee shop in Ashland and possibly in all of Oregon.
