NOT the best burger in town. Dry, crappy burgers…and this is what they pride themselves on? No thanks.

The original down town sports bar – good food at affordable prices. Friendly bar staff and a good selection of flat screen TVs. I had the ceasar salad with chicken which was exactly as described. Coffee comes in huge glass mugs with endless refills. Good value eatery in a prime down town location.11 Oct, 2010Sports Bar. The food here is reasonably priced however the quality is not consistent. Obviously the large flat screen TVs are a big pull and help create a fun atmosphere in the evenings and whenever there is a big game to watch.I go if I get invited but I dont think it would ever be my first choice of Plaza eating place.

Food gone downhill.. I just had a burger there and they used to be hand made burgers with a good bun, good fries and good ingredients. Now it’s the same price ($9) for a frozen preformed burger and lack luster fries that you’d expect at a cheap diner. Bad form Louie’s.

Great food in an awesome environment. Very friendly owners and employees, no fuss food. Oregonzola Burger is full of flavor, hot wings make a great starter, but if you have nothing else just get the garlic feta fries and take a big whiff before you dive in. A great Ashland establishment.

Best Burger? Really?. I’m wondering if the ballot boxes are being stuff on this one. How on earth could this be the best burger in town? A frozen patty on a stale bun? It’s a mediocre sports bar at best.

Louie’s Bar and Grill Review. I’ve lived in Ashland Oregon for four years and I have to say, I have fallen in love with Louie’s great tasting, low priced food; And to top it off, friendly service. I would recommend Louie’s to friends, family and anyone else who is in the mood for low priced delicious food.

Great Food and Service. We’re from the Bay Area and having been visiting Ashland for the past 7 years. Not only does Louie’s have really good food, their service is outstanding. Coming from the Bay Area we’re pretty particular about where we dine and are accustomed to great food. Sure you can pay a lot more elsewhere but I’m not sure you will get better value. Ashland is an interesting culinary dichotomy: there are a small handful of restaurants that are really good and a great number of places that are pretty mediocre. I’d put Louie’s in the former. Plus, I can feed my kids in a relaxed atmosphere and not have to take out a second mortgage on my home. Go Louie’s.
