The best coffee and espresso in Southern Oregon. The breakfast pastries are excellent, as are the desserts and ice cream. It’s hard to enjoy coffee or espresso from other sources after getting used to what they do with fresh Stumptown.
Best coffee EVER. We are addicted to mix and their sweets:) if you are visiting Ashland DO NoT go to Starbucks, are you kidding me! Get your coffee from mix, it will be the best decision you made all year! 🙂
Excellent and unusual ice cream and healthy sorbet. Great atmosphere and the staff is very helpful and friendly. A must go!

Coffee and pastry paradise. Whether its 7am as the doors open or late in the evening a trip to Mix is all part of life in Ashland. The Stumptown coffee from Portland is one of the best – if you like it then buy some beans to take home. The pastries are excellent and the quality as you might expect is reflected in the price. Seating can be hard to find given its popularity with locals and visitors alike.
