Two locations in Ashland Oregon. Noble Coffee offers brews in a mind-boggling array of concoctions, espresso pulls for the finest taste-buds, best t-shirt design in town, bottled local water, BEST service around… these tops dogs in coffee won’t admit it (yet) but they are taking over and I am cheering them on.

Visiting Ashand and I am hitting this place twice a day because I can’t help myself – these guys make a latte with more care and pride than I’ve ever seen. I just might have to buy a Suburu and move to Ashland so I can keep going to Noble.

Good but not god. I enjoy noble, but jesus people in ashland act like it’s the 2nd coming…. pastries are okay, it’s espresso, it’s good, enjoy

Likes: amazing coffee, service, interior is big open and relaxing. Dislikes: the pastries.

Order a cap! They don’t ask you what size because there should only be one size. Don’t add any flavor or sugar. Just sip it slowly with a glass of water to reset your buds and you’re there 🙂

I’m no coffee connoisseur, but I can tell a well-pulled shot of espresso when I taste it. These folks know what they’re doing!

Easily one of the best coffee shops I have ever been to. Amazing vibe, amazing in house roasting, great service. Owners Jared and Caleb are great guys. To top it off, plenty of outdoor and indoor bicycle parking.
