Saturday Beer and Wifi Outing. All ages welcome. I love that about his place. The owner and staff are welcoming and friendly. Someone is always ready to take care of any concern. At first the Wi-fi didn’t work and one of the owners came out to check. He restarted his device and got it booted up pronto. This time I tried the hamburger Swiss and mushroom it was excellent. I don’t eat a hole lot of burgers, I can’t wait to eat the pizza again, but I have to say it hit the spot. The service willing and ready to help. I wasn’t ready to eat until I had my beer and they were not too pushy but kept ease, patience and kindness waiting ready to get me what I asked.The sports Televisions are there where one can see them. And there is music to keep a single diner like myself company while I waited. I had my computer out though to get a little work done before I got to the food. I enjoyed it last time, this time also and look forward to the next.
So, we went here to benefit the ashland school district. On a SCHOOL night. The place was not too crowded, and yet the service was AWFUL! We sat and waited just to make our order for about 15 minutes, and then it took an hour just to bring out our pizza. Plus, it took even longer for them to make a salad and fill a glass of wine! We sat at our table and watched other orders that were ready to be served sit at the window for at least 20 minutes. Atmosphere was awful. The people around us were all very upset as well. No one was served the right food, or they had to wait FOREVER. The people were not very apologetic either. Plus, the pizza tasted like dirty feet. We didn’t get out of the pizza place until 8:00. We arrived at 6:30. Waste of time and money. But hey, if you like that stuff, this is the place for you!
The Best Pizza & Pasta in Southern Oregon. The new and improved Northwest Pizza is nothing short of incredible. I can tell you that the pizza, salad, pasta and overall ambiance of the establishment has improved 10 fold. The quality of the pizza is outstanding, the service is impeccable. So much so that I recall thinking after I sat down and had my water refilled without my need to ask and the staff being very attentive that I’ve been in 4 star restaurants that didn’t provide outstanding customer service like this. Plus they have free Wi-Fi, you can watch various sports programs from the numerous TVs they have. The kids can play video games. The food in terms of quality and preparation is outstanding. You will not be disappointed if you’re looking for quality food regardless of whether or not it’s pizza, pasta, salad all of which are prepared with care, their salads are gourmet in terms of selections and quality. They make a veggie pizza that’s the best I’ve ever had in my life. NW Pizza is a first class establishment with reasonable prices and the best pizza establishment in southern Oregon!.
Outstanding… Two great meals, wonderful salad. Truthfully, the quality of the food was a very pleasant surprise. We were in the last half of a long driving trip and stopped in for a quick food fill up. We couldn’t have been happier with the food, the presentation or the service.Biggest surprise was that the ‘cook’ is a trained chef.. Heads up Ashland! You will enjoy the food and the staff!
Awesome…..now!. I’m sad to see the only review on here is of when the old owners had this business. Now that it has been remodeled and the new owners have made it such a great place, it deserves to have some good reviews. This place was completely reformed into a clean, welcoming, family friendly place. It has a beautiful fireplace, video games, tons of TV’s for all the sports fans, party packages for kid’s Birthdays or other occasions, great food, and super friendly staff. I’m so glad it is close to my house and would recommend to anyone who hasn’t gone, to go and see for yourselves how much it has improved! It is really a great space now. Support them!
