Horrible. The staff was very rude. There was weird things in the salad (garbonza beans) Can anyone say allergy? The only thing that was good was the bread.

Great burgers. Right on campus. A total dive, but hey, what’s wrong with that?

The kind of place you go to because it has been there forever. The food is pretty good, although I found some of them to be very bland. Service during my most recent visit left me non-plussed. Serving sizes – you get what you pay for in qauntity.

We had a large group (ten), and requested to be seated in the window room. The person greeting us (who later turned out to be our waitress) told us that we could not, even though it was virtually empty. When we turned to leave, another staff member told us that it would be fine. We proceeded to receive poor, impatient service for the remainder of our meal. Drinks were forgotten (with no explanation or apology when queried), salad refills were not offered, and entrees were mixed up. Fortunately, most of our food was very good. Seafood entrees were cooked perfectly, although two steaks were slightly overcooked. Overall, Omar’s has been a favorite for many years, and we were disappointed that the service and steaks are not up to the previous levels. There are so many wonderful restaurants in Ashland that we are not likely to choose Omar’s again.

Definitely the best steaks… If not the best food in Ashland.
