I want to open an ice creamery just like it!. We came through Astoria via cruise ship and loved exploring this little town! This place is adorable!!I spoke with a man that I assume is the owner, as he talked about the process of making the ice cream himself. He gave me a sample of the Orange and told me that he used juice from oranges he squeezed himself – no orange juice from concentrate for them! And for the Brown Butter Pecan he browns an entire pound of butter and swirls it into his original custard. I chose to get two scoops – one of Strawberry Oreo and one of Hokey Pokey. Both were very sweet and very yummy!
