First time eating here, we had the half rack of ribs and pulled pork plate, both were delicious but I was disappointed with the service, we had to ask several times for refills even though it wasn’t busy. Also disappointed that the strawberry lemonade refills are not free yet the regular lemonade refills are free?
SLIPPING IN SERVICE AND QUALITY. We have been loyal, satisfied patrons of Baldy’s west side location for five years. However, our last two visits have been major disappointments. The first time the servers were completely indifferent and the ribs were delicious; the second time the servers remained indifferent, but the ribs were far less tender than usual. When we noted the change in tenderness to the server, her reply was that everything was prepared as normally. Too bad that the customer disagrees with her assessment. WHERE IS THE FORMER ADEQUATE SUPERVISION? If this decline continues, Baldy can count on losing many additional customers beyond us.
This is not bbq… If you have ever had bbq before, u would know. Zydeco ribs are 10 times better…I ordered briskit and needed a knife. Everything seems rushed…not going back….this is fast food bbq at best
I only have two things to say…1. Ribs2. Chipotle potato salad ‘Nuff said
