We love Baltazar’s, the seafood is always fresh and amazing. I mostly order the seafood chimichanga which is loaded with huge prawns and scallops and a yummy sauce that compliments the dish. The margarita’s are great, servers are always friendly and do a great job. Our server sent home the apple cheesecake with us which is home baked, wow it’s delish! Nice ambiance highly recommended!
Bad food and overpriced 3/26/15. I had the seafood tamales…for the price it was horrible! dry tasteless tamales with a tiny bit of seafood for 23.00! Way over priced. Bend is notorious for over priced meals and on the west side of town expect it. Maybe other dishes might be better like the Shrimp Diablo…however, everything is over priced!
Baltazar’s is truly one of the best restaurants in Bend! Unlike many mexican restaurants, Baltazar’s is top notch with great food and a 5 star atmosphere. We have been going here for years, and love it. As a matter of fact, Baltazar, the owner has even become one of our friends and always welcomes us with open arms. If you feel like Mexican food Baltazar’s is the only choice.
