Indifferent service & expensive for average food. Went there this weekend with my family because I had heard good things about the place. I was sadly disappointed. The young girl at the counter was very indifferent in her service and got my order wrong. When I went back up to the counter she looked at me with a vacant stare and didn’t even apologize for getting it wrong (she could use some coaching on customer service.) I order the salad with no shredded cheese or tomato (not something easily picked out otherwise I would of done that), so she proceed to get me another bowl of salad and I had to pick the meat off the original meal at the counter while she was serving other people, I felt very uncomfortable. To top it off the food was average – I always want to support local business, but unfortunately I won’t be going back 🙁 mainly because of the service and the expense for average food.) even a large chain like Red Robin does a better job.
Best Burger in a while. If a restaurant touts just one food item in its name, it ought to be pretty good and Bend Burger Co. delivers. Its menu has pretty good variety (teriyaki, breakfast-type, barbecue), and sidewalk seating near the main street, but off the main street in Bend. I tried the Lava Butte burger, with pepperjack, onions, and chipotle peppers in the meat. It was tasty, if a bit big and sloppy. Satisfying.
Great food. Food was delicious and plenty. It’s a quickie food spot, very casual.
Quality doesnt match high price. Had better at Burger King.
Pretty darn good. I am really not a huge burger fan, but I will admit Bend Burger Co actually was pretty good. The onion rings were just the right amount of fried too. Though a little on the spendy side (if you ask me), the service was fast and friendly, I will definitely return.My boyfriend even said that he thinks Bend Burger Co has better burgers than Pilote Butte Drive In.I still haven’t been so I can’t make the comparison. But I’ll take his word for it.
There service was slow. They also gave me three burgers when I asked for three sliders. Also the waitress wasn’t experinced. I’m not going there again even if the food was good.
Are we eating at the same place?. We’ve been to Bend Burger Company twice in the last two months and both times the burgers were cooked to order, the fries delivered hot and yummy and the staff checked with us on how we liked our hamburgers. Sure, they’re spendy; we don’t go every week. But they have REALLY GOOD burgers!
