Initially, we thought we’d hit the jackpot with the service, but couldn’t be more wrong. I felt like our server up sold us to a prime rib and filet, then was nowhere to be seen afterward. The prime rib was bland, super bland. When we tried to spice it with salt, the salt shaker opened up like a spigot, ruining an overpriced piece of meat. Getting a second glass of wine was nearly impossible, and it was disappointing to not be able to pair a glass with my meal. When charging this much for a meal, either the food OR the service must be really good. Crossings missed the mark on both, therefore, they get a bad review from us.
