Long known as one of the breakfast hot spots in Bend. Also a great place to pick up limited groceries and local craft beer. Omelettes are my go to at Jackson’s Corner.
First, their pumpkin latte, if you are here during the season, was the most delicious flavored coffee I’ve had (I am usually not a flavored coffee drinker.) They make the juice from scratch, roasted and pured, then juiced and spiced, just for this seasonal delight. The food light and flavorful. Nested in a tiny neighborhood this is clearly a locals favorite.
