Fabulous food. Fabulous service. Sat outside in the sun and enjoyed a lovely morning! Had the stuffed french toast. Heavenly, but maybe should share an order. 🙂 Especially if you plan to have a pastry or their scrumptious bread served while you are waiting for you meal.
Like the place atmosphere. You want to hang out there. Staff is super friendly. We just had eclair. They were average, the dough and cream were too heavy. They might have sat in the display for too long. But yOu wouldn’t know if you haven’t been to France!
Typically we love this place! We always came on the weekends to an awesome staff, friendly, overly helpful and wonderful food. We came on a Thursday am. The hostess was rude from the second we walked in to a slow resturaunt. The waitress was incredibly rude , right away when I asked if she could bring my child some fruit so he didn’t scream and bother the customers around him. She had a slight attitude the whole time, which we all ignored and continued to be polite . At the very end my husband, asked the hotess if she could take our bill beacuse our son was tired and was restless and we had not seen our waitress . She snapped, no that’s not my job, I’ll find your waitress but never returned.. Of course we tipped a small amount. Which sucked cuse the food was awesome.. My husband then ran back in to grab my sons toy that he forgot and the waitress was standing in the front talking crap about us to customers ( who were her friends) .. Will not be returning during the week.
Very Nice. Had lunch at La Magie today. We had a unique table at the front window of the restaurant. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and my wife had soup and salad. Both were excellent and the service was fantastic.
Lemon Bars. Popped in to get treats for a work party, got a dozen lemon bars. They were amazing good. Will be my go to bakery place in Bend.
Charming decor. Amazing biscuits and gravy. So are the pancakes. Eggs were perfectly made. Would definitely come back next time we are on Bend.
Nice morning spot. Found this place by chance taking a morning walk from my hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Was by myself this particular morning – they sat me by a window and I was able to people watch while eating breakfast.They had a nice breakfast selection – I settled on an eggs, biscuits and country gravy breakfast. Eggs were cooked to order perfectly – and the biscuits were fluffy and yummy – gravy wasn’t bad (not like Mom’s…lol) . Would definitely recommend this spot for a casual relaxed breakfast !
