Terrible customer service. I guess if you don’t order a drink at this place then you can’t get customer service. Had to ask for everything I wanted ie. water refill. More salsa. More chips. It’s never a fun experience going to a place where you feel like a hassle.
Delish from chips to cocktails to food. Nice mix of mexiamerican staples with more traditional Mexican dishes (mole’). Attentive despite full house, very kid friendly.
Very Good (dinner) to Excellent (happy hour). Excellent and attentive staff in a very busy, rather crowded restaurant. Kid-friendly staff. We got there just before happy hour ended and were encouraged to take advantage of it, which we did. Very good appetizers. The margaritas were very strong. No happy hour specials on draft beer but pretty good selection of bottled beers. Entrees: Excellent if you do not care for spiceness – which Mexican food should have. So, I would say good to very good entrees.
Slow to get food. Ordered a Combination Plate (Tamale, Enchilada + Taco) It was good Mexican food for Oregon ;( As a bonus I received a Chicken Bone in my Enchilada. I really wanted to love this place…. But it just isn’t there for me, The service while friendly it was really slow to get food… even though there was efficient wait staff on hand.The restaurant has a wonderful location and is in a nice building… But the layout of the restaurant is one of the worst I have ever seen, If you visit…. you will see what I mean.Would I visit again…… Yes, but I would not seek it out !I sure wish there was good Mexican food here in Oregon…. But I don’t think it exists

OK I finally gave La Rosa a second chance. Wow! What a difference one wmployee makes! Great food, great service, great prices! I love La Rosa!! In fact, we’re gonna be regulars!!21 Mar, 2012Haven’t tried since they moved to this location, but the food was inedible when we tried their original place. Who puts 1/4 cup of salt in fresh guacamole??
Amazing food. Amazingly strong drinks!!! Fun atmosphere.
