Recent change in management brought hopes of better service, but sadly this hasn’t happened. Very slow & unfriendly (especially for Bend) staff, borderline adequate food do not make this a good destination. Many other places in the Old Mill with MUCH better prices, food and SERVICE. Go elsewhere.
I had the Steamed Mussels and the Baby Back Ribs along with a Terminal Gravity IPA and a Boneyard IPA. I was solo, so sat at the bar. Tender was very attentive, and the food was excellent. Would definitely repeat.

Cool place. This is a cool little place. I came here for dinner awhile back. The first think I noticed when I walked in was the smell. It smelled delicious! The atmoshpere had a very cozy and chill feel to it, and i loved the view it overlooked. I had the smoked fish tacos, and man were they good! I also got a drink and it was a very good concoction as well.
Great place. If your looking for some great food, great atmosphere, wonderful waitstaff, awesome drinks, and overall a phenomenal time, then you are looking for level 2! I had a great experience. It is a fairly new restaurant but is very well run. Really affordable drink prices as well! I cant wait to go there again. If your looking for an affordable place to eat with great food and a great time then Level 2 is it!
Fish tacos, salad rolls and the burger were all outstanding. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the food offerings to go along with the good drinks.
