I wanted to like this place because of the location and patio, but the quality and flavor of the food are disappointing! The salsa bar looks sloppy and the floors are a combination of dusty & sticky. It is not a place I would recommend for people to visit.
Great!. Coming from Austin, TX, I crave good tacos – not the greasy burritos often found in Mexican restaurants. I LOVED the tacos here – very fresh and great sauces! Obviously it’s not authentic mexican – it even says it’s Hawaiian inspired – and I love the tastes. Also enjoyed the deck out front – made for a nice afternoon lunch in the sun. Almost forgot I was in the NW. 🙂
Must Stop. Every time we travel to Bend, we stop here. Our last trip earlier this month was complicated by recent decision to no longer eat meat or dairy, I was very pleased to see tempeh on the menu. Vegan/Vegetarian options on any menu makes for a very positive review!
Not authentic but good burritos. Great selection of hot sauces and salad.
Food was not very good. Almost no flavor, especially for the carne asada, and there was very little meat at all in the burrito.
