Great food, slow service. The last two times I’ve been to Pastinis the service has been really slow. I mean, really slow. I had to ask about my food, had to ask for butter more then once, (never got the butter). waited for what seemed forever for my cocktail, and overall felt that they were understaffed. I never blame the waitperson but question the managements ability to staff properly. Love the food but am hesitant to return.

The food was definitely above average. Portions were ok. Pricing a liitle off mark. Too high. Service was way too slow. Place was half full. I might give them another shot but will think twice.

Average Food. Good Service. My wife and I ate here on the 9th of November. I ordered the Baked Ziti with sausage. She ordered the Chicken Alfredo. My food wasn’t bad, just average. Her meal had way to much garlic on it, almost to the point of being spicy. The service was good. Wait staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was way to loud for our tastes, even louder than say Red Robin down the street. We both enjoy a nice quiet setting. The prices weren’t bad either, our total bill came to right around 40 bucks. Overall it is an ok place, but nothing to rave about.

Good food, horrible service. Maybe we should have split our group into two tables so the waiter wouldn’t have had an automatic gratuity and perhaps he would have worked harder for a tip. He first spilled an entire glass of water on our table and then didn’t take our orders for at least 20 minutes. One member of our party joined after the initial drink order and had to ask for a glass of water because the waiter never offered. He brought bread but we had to fetch our own oil and vinegar from behind our table. He never returned to ask if we needed refills or a second drink nor did he ask if we needed anything else before bringing the tab ( dessert anyone?). It’s too bad the service was so terrible because the food was pretty good… Minus the ladybug that was crawling in my daughters salad. :(. I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but given that the service was so bad I felt compelled. Had the tip not already have been added to the check, we most certainly wouldn’t have left one.

The food is very good. I personally loved the marinara sauce. The basil pesto was also very good. The service is good and overall, it was a great lunch.

Great!! My family was surprised at the huge bruschetta portions for the appetizer, and our pasta dishes were phenomenal. Friendly waitstaff and great atmosphere. Would definitely come back!
