Riverside dining at sunset. A friend and I had the wonderful opportunity to grab a bite to eat at Pastini on a very busy Friday night when it seemed that EVERYBODY was out and about the Old Mill. We had a 10 minute wait for a table on the patio so we snagged a space in the bar. The bartender was really sweet and patient as we sampled some brews before deciding on our libation for the evening. We were seated outside shortly thereafter in what appeared to be new seats and table. The patio was full but not loud nor did it feel crowded. Once the sun went down, it became chilly and just when I thought we had made a poor choice for outside seating, the overhead heaters came up and made the dining experience comfortable and cozy. Liz was our server extraordinaire – she was bubbly and responsive and checked on us numerous times on her way by. The vegetarian ravioli was just simply YUMMY! The manager Cathy was delightful and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely plan to return again soon!
