Great Happy Hour. I work across the street and I frequent Portello often after long-hard days at the office. On Monday’s they have a $5 any glass night, so it’s usually busy by 5:30 (so get their early, but don’t take my table). Don’t worry if you’re not a wino, they have Stella’s for $3 during Happy Hour T-F 4-6pm.The staff is my favorite part. They always remember my order and are always on top of things. If I had to rate all the happy hours in Bend, Portello would probably win, hands down.
