The Sparrow Bakery Northwest is hand’s down one of the best restaurants in Bend Oregon. I have been patronizing this restaurant since moving to Bend in 2011. The food is always delicious and the staff and service is amazing. Their menu is quite varied and includes pastries, cakes, quiche, sandwiches, and bread that is baked fresh daily. They are best known for their Ocean rolls which is a unique twist on a cinnamon roll. They use cardamom, vanilla, and sugar all rolled up in their croissant dough. While the Ocean Rolls are amazing, my personal favorite is the bacon breakfast sandwich. This bad boy has 2 slices of bacon, a poached egg and arugula all piled on a fresh-baked croissant. Truly amazing.
