Came in about 40 mins ago and got seated fault quick. We were asked what we wanted to drink and then got them promptly. Then we waited about 15 minutes until we waved someone down to take our order. Once the waitress finally arrived I ordered udon soup and miso soup. The miso came promptly and the udon didn’t. I waited another 15 minutes. Once it was 9 (when the restaurant closes) I asked about my soup and they said the order was never put in. Our server had even gone home without a backup server. Needless to say, I went in there FOR food and left with an empty stomach and a lot of disappointment and anger. No compensation was made either. I’m never going back to a place with such terrible service.
