Ninkasi is a true success story and it is worth the trip the get your fill of beer and good positive energy. It is palpable. Ninkasi Otis Stout is world class and their IPA is as good as Rogue Brutal. So, they really don’t serve food. All the restaurants around will take your orders and deliver to your table. On occasion, Ninkasi will bring in vendors to serve. One guy had a ceramic pizza oven and made pizzas to order. Many times there has been music groups and the people watching is world class.
