This is one of the Texas Roadhouse’s that has both sit down and fast casual. We chose fast casual, where you order at a counter and get an electronic coaster that locates your table. My wife had chicken strips and liked them. Since this particular location did not have pork chops, my favorite at Texas Roadhouse, I had a Rib Eye Steak and it was tasty. We will be back.
We had a good time. Six of us enjoy a meal. Everyone liked their choices. The service was good. All of our food came out in a timely manner and at the same time. We got there at a good time when we didn’t have to wait. I had the Half Chicken which was more than enough for me, tender and tasty. My hubby had the Roadkill with sweet potato and green beans, just right he said.
Horrible food, WORST SERVICE!. Decided to give this place a try for our daughter’s 4th birthday. First your rushed through this ridiculous cattle que of a menu and cashier station where you order your food and are asked for a tip option over they’re card machine before trying they’re food or experiencing their service. Over 50$ for dry ribs, poorly cooked steak and burnt/soggy vegetables. Worst service we have ever experienced. Told the staff about 4 times that it was her birthday and was assured that it was written on a board. No one ever came and sang to her or said happy birthday…nothing. I guess the young college kids(our wait staff) had better things to talk about…cause thats all they were doing. Not a good place.

What an amazing meal! Service was excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection. Ribs were to die for and chicken was perfect and moist. Would tell others to go here. Excellent every time we come!!
If I wanted to go eat at a self service bar then I would.You have to get your own silverware…and drinks. The music is HORRIBLY LOUD!It was freezing cold and the person at the counter where we ordered had no idea what she was doing. YES….we ordered at a counter like at McDonald’s. If the prices reflected not splurging for waiters than I woukd be ok with it….but they dont.The food is not great…this place is nothing special. AT ALL.wouldnt come back or tell anyone to go there.
Over cooked bbq. Order came wrong and took 20 more minutes to fix. Watched my server eating on the line and another talking on his cell. Don’t bother.
