I visited to Fifth Quadrant on a Wednesday night and was greeted right away after self seating near a window, out of sight of the bar. Great atmosphere and very tentative service. I had the truffle fries, Korean tacos and House nachos with pork! The fries were delicious; however, the pork use with the tacos and nachos tasted over boiled with chipotle. The serving sized were fairly priced and could easily feed two. There was a small local beer selection and unique cocktail menu. I was not used to the beer, but really enjoyed a specialty gin and tonic. Another pro is the closing hours (02:00am) were later than the surrounding establishments. Overall, well worth future visits.

What a shame. Great location and great beer. The food is decent, but never in my life have I run into bad service like this. Watch out guys. HUB is coming and we’ll walk right by 5th Quadrant to get there solely because of how disturbing our experience was.
Good Times. I really like their food I’ve had just about everything on the menu the fish and chips is my fave and tightwad tuesday is my jam I love their beer the fool’s gold is fabulous, just don’t go on a beer release night unless you love waiting forever to be helped by crumpy waiters, I don’t blame them for being that way because it gets crazy I just don’t go on those days, it’s not very often anyway.
Great pub food.. Some of the best chowdah I’ve ever had and very good selections from the regular menu. Best brewery in PDX.
Tightwad Tuesdays. $2.50 beers all day! Must I say more? Get thee self to 5Q!
